Management, as well as all employees have agreed to the principles of our quality policy. Our management has pledged itself to take care of the principles of safety during all work processes, health protection of our employees, environment protection, as well as the quality of all work processes and services, while implementing customer requirements. It is each employee’s duty and responsibility to take care of ones own health, as well as that of all colleagues during all work processes.
All employees are obliged to know and respect all legal regulations, related to his or her work and to impart these to their fellow colleagues. Furthermore, adherence to all regulations mentioned in the contract of employment is mandatory: All employees are asked to inform management of near-accidents and possible risks.
Management will inspect such reports or suggestions for improvement fo health protection and safety, while commiting itself to respond immediately to their employees with the adopted measures.
It is prohibited to consume drugs or alcohol during work, or to work under the influence of those. BMCS refuses all types of corruption, be it in private, public, actively or passively. It is prohibited to misuse our company for money laundering. We refuse business, if these rules appear to be violated. The employees are requested to make suggestions for improvement in the fields of security, health, environment and quality.
