All employees are obliged to know and respect all legal regulations, related to his or her work and to impart these to their fellow colleagues. Furthermore, adherence to all regulations mentioned in the contract of employment is mandatory: All employees are asked to inform management of near-accidents and possible risks.
Management will inspect such reports or suggestions for improvement fo health protection and safety, while commiting itself to respond immediately to their employees with the adopted measures.
